1st Letter Home

  This week has been a little crazy I'm not going to lie. The trip here was interesting. I was the only one who flew out of Pasco.   I was a little worried about flying by myself out of Salt Lake, but don't worry there was at least 50 missionaries on my flight down to Mexico (first class was nice though). Customs and navigating the airport was so easy I was the 2nd person to get to the meeting spot for all the missionaries. I found it so easy.   They put me in charge of directing others throughout the airport. But I was OK with it because someone came and asked if I had a Spanish book of Mormon they could have, so I think it's safe to say I'm the newest missionary to give a book of Mormon away.  Also, some random girl came up to me and asked to take a picture with me. It was super strange, but I let her.  The CCM has been really fun except spanish class is 4 hours long.  It's a little overwhelming. My companions are great, and I have 2 now. My district isn'...

Packing and I'm off to Mexico MTC

This is moms perspective. It was TERRIBLE.   People were here kinda late the night before.  Carson Lloyd was trying to be funny and took Treys wallet. Thankfully remembered and brought it back. We had to get up super early.  3:30am.   Nothing can prepare you for saying goodbye for 2 years. We were all so sad.  Trey is such a leader and a wonderful older brother.  We new it was going to make and impact on us all.  Oaklee wouldn't give a hug or say goodbye.  Once we got in the car she broke down and cried.   Once we got home Trey had left us all a letter.  That just made all the tears flow more. It was like he had died. It was hard walking by the room where he had been studying, his spot at the table was empty.  For awhile we always felt like someone was missing.  We adjusted.  Id say it was the hardest on Jackson for sure.  I remember the 2nd or 3rd day he just sat at the kitchen table and cried.  All I new what t...

  Cades farewell was a week after mine so I was able to be here for that and it was my last week.

  Last time out to dinner as a family for 2 years!  My district was awesome.  Most days I did class from 11-7ish Jackson and Parker were at FSY while I did most of at home MTC. I was ready to leave by 10 days
