Conferencia General, To much food, Weekly run through

 What up guys?!  This week will be a little shorter than last. Not many crazy things happened.

This week we've had so much food. On average we ate 4 meals a day this week.  Families we go to decide to make us food every time even though it's like 4 o'clock and we just ate lunch and dinners in 3 hours. I've never felt so fat in my life. Yesterday I ate so much food by the end of the day my belt was 2 holes bigger than normal. Not good.
Tuesday- Finally went grocery shopping after a week and a half of needing to go for food and other things. I dropped a fat bag on groceries and other stuff I need but its ok cause my companions helped pay for it.  Now I'm whipping up some mighty fine breakfasts and dinners!
Wednesday- Made some BOMB French toast and eggs for breakfast. Then we went to a lady who lives far away and the roads where super muddy and I went to jump over a puddle, Slipped and landed right in it.
Thursday- My companions forgot to plug in their phone with the alarm on it, so it died.   We woke up an hour late and we were almost late to interviews with the president. That would have been really bad. Then the president bought us all little creasers for lunch and for dinner me and my companions went to Wendy's.
Friday- I saw the 2 funniest babies ever. 1 was in a taxi with her mom and I was sitting next to her, she was just absolutely shocked with what I looked like. At least that's what the mom said. She starred at me the entire 15 min ride in like pure shock. The other baby was the fattest baby I've ever seen. Like this baby was huge.
My companions bought me a piñata for my 1 month in the field that we haven't broke yet but it's a missionary that looks like me.   It's so funny.
Saturday and Sunday- We watched all the sessions of general conference and I only fell asleep once. It's because I tried to listen to it in Spanish and my companions noticed I fell asleep, so they told me to listen to it in English.
Spiritual thought: General conference is called Conferencia general in Spanish and I hate it for some reason.   Anyway, one of my favorite talks was to by Elder Robert M. Daines. He talked about how we need to not be face blind to the spirit. I loved how he talked about how he was partially face blind to his mother. I believe at one point, or another every kid has that. They think their mother is just a rule maker and likes to ruin fun but if you really focus and not be face blind to your mom you will see that she does it to protect you because she loves you a lot! We need to not be face blind to the spirit, we need to figure out how the spirit talks to us and see it as a guide and help in our lives.
Don't worry guys, I'm still getting fat, always sweaty and starting to understand Spanish

Still Alive

  Hey everyone. It's been while since I've written and email.  My mom told me I needed to write an email because apparently some of you are worried about me. I was just waiting to "see if anyone cares about me." Quote from my Dad haha. I'm doing good here in La Esperanza. We put a baptism date with Valentina which is super exciting and we have been working with a few others to try and put baptism dates. Last week we had leadership counsel which was really fun.  Almost everyone there has the same amount of time in the mission as me. Also they served us ribs, potatoes, corn and a roll.  For dessert we had cheesecake. So it was a 10/10 meal. Other than that not much has happened. We've been busy teaching people and playing soccer. I have a new companion since last time I wrote.  He is from Idaho Falls.  Elder Arms I  only have 5 months left in my mission which is crazy but I'm really enjoying being here so I'm guessing they will go by pretty fast. Transfers Again

  Well how are you al doing? Hopefully good. Im doing pretty good here. Sunday we got called and I have transfers again. I'm going to an area called Campamento.  Its about 4 hours from where I am.  I'm now the district leader and branch secretary which is going to be very interesting . I'm pretty excited though. These past weeks have been pretty good. We had 2 baptisms this transfer. Hermano Mario who is an awesome kid and has been investigating the church for 2 year! On Thursday we had leadership counsel which was good but they made me lead the music and I felt so dumb. But it was nice to see some old comps there. We also got to watch all the sessions of general conference at the church which was good and I'm proud to say I didn't fall asleep during any session haha.  But thats about all I got for these past week. My Mission Call Came!!!

The anticipation of a mission call is unreal.   Cade got a text early in the morning saying his mission call was available.  I couldn't believe that he had gotten his call before me because I turned my papers in first but a few hours later I received a text also.  Mom and Nicole rushed to get things ready so we could open them together that evening.   I read mine first.   Kameron Jenks was there and was ecstatic because that his the exact mission he served in.  Bishop Whitby and his wife also served in Honduras and was very excited and had plenty of stories to tell.    Cade got called to Bakersfield, CA starting 1 week after me.
