P-Day, New Area, Crazy District Counsel

Hey how are you all doing? This week has been so crazy. This last p-day we went to Talanga to play soccer and make pupusas. It was so fun we played soccer for 5 hours.  I was dying and in the middle of that we made pupusas and we made more then 100. Everyone ate at least 5.

We also had a wild district counsel. We started by making brownies and eating pizza then all of the sudden someone said, hey I need a hair cut so someone went and got clippers and 4 people ended up buzzing their head. Don't worry, I'm not one of them. It was wild then we went to the hospital for my follow up and the doctor said I'm healing good but since I'm relatively skinny I can feel where they made the knot of stitches for my hernia.   It's really weird.

I'm now in a new area because we had transfers. I'm now in Flor Del Campo and I'm white washing it so there is a lot of work that we are doing. I'm with Elder Ruiz who I knew really well before. We are working hard to know the area and people.  I can already tell this area is so much better than my last area. The members are asking when they can go visit people with us. There aren't very many stairs and the house is big but a little ugly HAHA.   I do have a nice view and a staircase like the one back home but no running water.
But me and my comp have been on that grind lately.

I honestly can't remember what else happended this week beside it rained a ton and we where soaked all day. When it rains here it rains really hard. Like 30 minutes of rain here is more than we get at home in an entire year.  Umbrellas only help keep your head dry HAHA. But its fun sometimes.

This week in church we talked about integrity. To have integrity is important because there is a lot of opposition in this world and temptations. When we are with other people or tempted by things out side of thing we believe we need to stay strong. We talked about a lot of examples in the scriptures and one was Daniel and the lions den. He was thrown into a pit of lions for praying to God because they made it illegal. He knew the consiqences but still decided to do what was good and he was blessed imensly for that and he didn't get eaten by the lions. We need to be the same and stay firm to the gospel of Jesus Christ and the commandments of God even if that means being "weird or different". I know if we do that we will be blessed like Daniel.

Thats it for this week.

Love you all, Elder Price
